Spotlight Players Murder Mystery Dinner Theater Funeral for a Gangster, the Spotlight Players dinner theater offering at the Village Theater in Canton, has sold out its regular run. We are offering one encore performance at the Woodlands of Van Buren Golf Course and Banquet Facility on Saturday, March 20th. Doors open at 6 p.m., banquet dinner is served at 6:30, and the show starts at 7:30. Tickets are $40/person, and a table of eight can be reserved for $300. It’s 1928 and you’re invited to the wake for Vito “The Gut” Marzetti, gunned down last weekend by person or persons unknown in a Chinese restaurant. Come in costume (optional, but there will be prizes for best costumes), enjoy dinner, and meet the grieving widow and family. Where did Vito hide the all-important safe deposit box key? Who inherits the business? Who eliminated Vito, and why? It’s a mystery! Prizes will be awarded for the best solution to the mystery.
