Board Meeting Schedule 2012-2013
Our board of governors meets regularly to plan and execute all Spotlight Players' events and interests. Meetings may be observed by the public. Anyone wishing to be added to the agenda for a specific meeting in order to address the board should contact the board president at least 2 weeks prior to the meeting date. All board meetings are at 7:00PM at the Village Theater School House, unless otherwise stated.

As a community organization that is run by volunteers, we believe it is important to insist on a certain standard of behavior from our members. We want our group represented in a positive manner both on and off the stage. We also want to respect those volunteers who work so hard and donate so much of their time and resources to the interests of Spotlight Players. Child Protection Policy
Nothing is more important than protecting the children entrusted to our care and providing them with a safe environment in which they can grow and flourish. Because the welfare of the children is so important, we have outlined a protection policy to ensure that children are treated with the care and consideration they need in order to thrive. Parking Policy
Parking at the Village Theater can be tricky at times, especially when events at the theater overlap with rehearsals for shows. The areas shaded in GREEN are spots where we are permitted to park. The area shaded in RED is the lot immediately behind the theater and is reserved for apartment residents and theater staff only. Please familiarize yourself with the GREEN spaces and only park in those.
